fried green tomato medallions, topped with chopped and sautéed crab meat, then drizzled with Big Red Sauce.

GARDEN SALAD

iceberg mix with red onion, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrot, fresh cucumber, and house made seasoned croutons. Entree or Side. Served with choice of dressing on the side. 

CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD

grilled chicken, fresh romaine, shredded parmesan and house made seasoned croutons. entree only. caesar dressing on the side.

CAFE CHICKEN COBB

chopped romaine and iceberg mix with sliced grilled chicken, hard-boiled egg, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, crisp bacon, black olives, & mild blue cheese crumbles. Entree Only. Served with dressing of your choice. 

SIGNATURE "BRT" GRILLED WEDGE SALAD

romaine heart split, drizzled with olive oil, well seasoned, chargrilled lightly over an open flame, and topped with a mild blue cheese crumble, chopped bacon, and cherry tomatoes... then a final drizzle of sweet soy.

fresh Gulf shrimp lightly breaded and fried.

traditional club, three slices of Texas toast, mayo, honey mustard, crisp bacon, sliced turkey and ham, lettuce, and tomato.

PAUL'S MEATLOAF MELT

meatloaf, a slice of white american cheese, topped with onions on Texas Toast. served with a side of dipping gravy.

BLACKENED MAHI SANDWICH

fresh mahi, perfectly blackened, topped with lettuce, onion, tomato, and pickle on a toasted brioche bun.

BIG RED CAFE BURGER

blackened sirloin burger, bacon, cheese sauce, lettuce, pickle, tomato, fried onion straws and a BBQ drizzle. served on a buttered, toasted brioche bun.

CHEESE BURGER

sirloin burger chargrilled to perfection, topped with melted American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle, on a toasted brioche bun. 

BEYOND TOTALLY VEGAN BURGER

a delicious grilled Beyond™ burger, topped with fresh lettuce, avocado, and pico de gallo on a gluten free bun. a true vegan delight. 

BBQ PULLED PORK SLIDER

pork shoulder slow smoked on site; hand pulled and tossed in Casey’s super-secret homemade BBQ sauce. finished with sweet cole slaw and dill pickle slices on three hawaiian sweet rolls. 

PRIME RIB DIP

prime rib, piled high, topped with white american cheese, lettuce, tomato, and served hot on a hoagie, with a side of horseradish sauce and au jus. 

PHILLY CHEESESTEAK

a “BIG RED” favorite! sautéed sirloin steak, green bell peppers, and onions with melted cheese on a fresh toasted hoagie roll.

BAYOU PHILLY

delicious Gulf certified blackened shrimp sautéed with gator sausage, peppers, onions, and melted cheese on a fresh toasted hoagie roll.

CHICKEN BACON RANCH WRAP

bacon, chicken, tomato, and lettuce, with ranch dressing, rolled into a tortilla wrap.

GULF SHRIMP TACOS

lightly breaded and fried, then tossed in our house SOB sauce (little spicy kick)! topped with sweet slaw and a drizzle of sweet asian glaze to cool the heat.  

ASIAN CHICKEN TACOS

diced grilled chicken tossed in a sweet asian glaze. topped with fresh shredded cabbage and a drizzle of sriracha aioli for just a bit of kick!  

FISH TACOS

fresh fish lightly breaded & fried. topped with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, and our garlic chili aioli. 

BBQ PORK TACOS

pork shoulder, slow cooked on site, hand pulled and tossed in our super-secret homemade BBQ sauce. topped with sweet slaw and dill pickle slices.

VEGAN TACOS

fresh portobello mushrooms, sautéed with bell peppers and sweet onions, topped with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, a balsamic glaze and a drizzle of vegan sriracha aioli for just a bit of kick! 


RED PLATES

Served 11 am to 2 pm. includes a roll and choice of banana pudding or strawberry.

COUNTRY FRIED PORK CHOP

country fried pork chop with mashed potatoes, brown gravy and a sautéed green beans. 

MEAT LOAF AND GRAVY

generous cut of our home style meatloaf, served with mashed potatoes, gravy and a vegetable.  

BACON WRAPPED TENDERLOIN

a delicious pork tenderloin, bacon wrapped, and served with mashed potatoes and a vegetable. 

CHICKEN & DUMPLINGS

by request! Chef’s special recipe chicken & dumplings, served with a small salad. 


OFF THE SMOKER

BBQ Ribs with Fries & Sweet Slaw.

Brisket Shepherd’s Pie with Side Salad.

Slow Smoked Chicken with Alabama White BBQ Sauce, Mac & Cheese and Green Beans. 

FRIDAY

Pulled Pork Gouda Mac and Cheese with a side salad. 

SATURDAY

Smoked Wings Basket with Fries and Pasta Salad.  

SUNDAY

Open Faced Turkey Sandwich & Mashed Potatoes, Smothered in Gravy. Served with Corn.
